7th ABM European Regional Meeting Rotterdam

Who Should Submit?

Abstracts may be submitted by physicians, medical students, and those holding post graduate degrees or students working to attain such degrees. Deadline for the submission is February 28th, 2018. Early submission will be appreciated. Please email for further questions.

What to Submit?

We encourage submissions of original research, medical education and community projects, or clinical experience related to breastfeeding. Authors must register for the 7th European Regional Meeting to present/discuss their abstracts.

How to Submit?

Your proposal should contain:
Title of the poster
Name of the author(s)
Theme of the poster
Short description of the content (scientific design, outcome)
Mailing address of the contact person
Email address of contact person
Credentials, location, country, institution

All information presented on posters must conform to the International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes and subsequent WHA Resolutions.

Presenters will be required to disclose any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest that may have a direct bearing on the subject matter of the presentation. This includes disclosures of any financial interest/arrangement or affiliation with any organizations that could be perceived as a conflict of interest in the context of the subject matter of their presentation.

It will be possible for you to submit your poster abstract until February 18th. As soon as I receive you abstract, you will receive a confirmation. The 3 best posters will be accepted for presentation on Saturday, May 19th, 2018.

Poster Guidelines

You are cordially invited to present your research in the form of a poster presentation (size: maximum 0,97m wide and 2,30m high).



Review Process:

The Abstract Review Committee will evaluate abstracts based on content quality, educational value, timelines, and clearly identified objectives. The Committee will determine the final decision about the acceptance of abstracts. Acceptance and rejection notifications will be sent in March 2018.
