Preconference Course Basic Breastfeeding – In cooperation with the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

“What every Physician Needs to Know about Breastfeeding” is a full-day course that aims to fill in the knowledge and clinical skills gaps that many physicians report in their training. The course will be team taught by physician specialists in breastfeeding medicine. Content is predominantly based on the protocols of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, as well as the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative, “Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding”.

Basic Breastfeeding Course Physicians, May 17th,  at Erasmus Medical Center, 120.00 €, students 60 €. Employees and students of Erasmus MC can register for free using their work- or student-email.

 

Continuing education credits for physicians:

6 CME credits have been awarded by the European Union of Medical Specialists.
